We provide independent pool safety inspections, compliance certification and rectification advice in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Prices listed on this site are current at time of publishing and are confirmed in writing before a booking is locked in. Travel surcharges may apply for regional and rural bookings outside standard routes.
Bookings are confirmed once we agree a date, time and price with you. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or where safe access to the pool area is not available at the booked time, may incur a call-out fee of up to 50 percent of the booked service price. We will always try to rebook you rather than charge a fee. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
A pool safety inspection assesses compliance against the applicable state standard at the time of inspection only. It does not guarantee ongoing compliance if the barrier, gate or surrounds are later altered. Certificates are issued and lodged only where a pool is assessed as compliant, in line with the applicable state framework.
